MDOT, SNLP, GSIP Applicants
- Rising Junior or Senior* in the summer of participation.
- Attending a Maryland institution OR a current Maryland resident attending an out-of-state institution
- **GPA 3.0 or above
- Available for summer 2027, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
- Ability to self-transport for in-person work and seminars in Central Maryland 3-4 days a week
*We define Rising Junior or Senior as someone who, by summer 2027:
- Will have completed at least two years of college as a full-time student OR at least three years as a part-time student
- AND will have completed at least 60 credits
- AND is enrolled in classes for Fall 2027
