All donations to the Maryland Public Service Scholars Programs are processed by the UMBC Foundation.
Donors will receive email confirmation of their donation, including relevant tax receipts, from the UMBC Foundation and should be assured that their donation is directly, exclusively, and gratefully received by MPSS.
